Yes, including a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance. In line with all other insurance policies, this is indemnity cover not new for old and there is an excess on the policy. To keep costs reasonable, the excess is £100 per claim.
*Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own cleaning products or equipment. It's not included in the price for cleaning. You can buy them at the Morrison's online supermarket or in any other Poundland store. In case you wish our cleaner to use custom cleaning supplies in your home, we strongly advise you to visit our company online store here where have to offer selected cleaning products tested and recommended by our experienced cleaners team...
The minimum house clean time at NeatCleaners depends on the type of cleaning service you require:
1. Deep House Cleaning or End of Tenancy Cleaning: We apply a minimum working/cleaning time of 5 hours for these thorough and comprehensive cleaning services. This ensures that your space is meticulously cleaned to the highest standards.
2. General House Cleaning: For regular maintenance cleaning, we have a minimum requirement of 3 hours. This service helps keep your home fresh and tidy on a routine basis. Before we offer our regular cleaning service to customers, it is advised to perform an initial general cleaning, with a minimum working/cleaning time of 4 hours applying.
3. One-off cleaning: We apply a minimum working/cleaning time of 4 hours for this thorough and comprehensive cleaning services.
