The flash powermop we have just received for testing, looks great. And the very first impression is quite positive. The spray mop is packed well into two boxes and gives 100% protection against any damage. To be honest I wish i would have bought one of these much sooner! Absolutely brilliant, makes cleaning the floors so quick, easy and no mess. The only thing is the replacement cleaning solution is a bit pricy, but if you put the bottle you get with it into hot water for a few minutes, it softens the cap and allows you to remove it so you can fill it with your own solution.
This works via a combination of a powered squirting mechanism, a thin, flat swivel headed mop that’s highly manouverable and that gets into hard to reach places, specially designed wipes that stick to the base of the mop and a resevoir of flash cleaning fluid that did a really good job of cleaning my kitchen floor and has a pleasant apple smell. It’s quite sturdy and easy to put together. It’s definitely quicker than the old mop and bucket approach and it’s easier than the squirty bottle and mop approach.
